About

I started in operations.

Websites came later.

Two decades of working with people, processes and businesses eventually led me here.

I build websites around how a business actually works.
01  Where I started

Eleven and a half years in revenue cycle management and healthcare operations. I started as a medical coder, later mentored RCM teams and worked in Tier-3 operations. Before that, customer service, hospitality and store operations.

02  What I learned

Most of that time went on one underlying problem: a process that should be simple had become complicated. Disconnected tools, manual steps, work redone because information sits in the wrong place. You learn to look for the root cause rather than the symptom, and to write down how something actually works before trying to fix it.

03  The shift

When I started working with reporting, automation and web development, using Power BI, Make.com, n8n, Notion and WordPress, I kept seeing the same pattern in how businesses present themselves online.

04  Why Sylntra

A website gets treated as a visual asset when it should be doing a job: explaining the business clearly, earning trust, and making the next step obvious. That is why Sylntra exists.

05  What I build

I build websites around how a business actually works and grows, with the longer-term intention of connecting them to the systems behind them. The part I enjoy most is taking something complicated and making it simpler.

Present
Sylntra

Founded August 2026. Turning that experience into websites, digital systems and automation.

Different industries.

The same problem.
01

Processes become complicated.

02

Information gets disconnected.

03

People work around systems instead of with them.

That is the thinking I bring to Sylntra.

What I bring to Sylntra.

01
Understand

I look at how the business actually works.

02
Simplify

I find friction before adding more complexity.

03
Structure

I turn messy information into clear systems.

04
Build

I turn that thinking into useful digital experiences.
